As a Lead Product Designer, you are a proactive problem solver and holistic thinker who leads through ambiguity and drives strategy across initiatives and domains. You influence the Product org as a whole. You deliver meaningful impact in unknown problem spaces by bringing structure to complex problems, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Lead design across Finix’s mobile products—including our iOS and Android apps, as well as Android-based payment terminal experiences and be responsible for translating complex payment workflows into simple, elegant mobile interactions that feel intuitive, fast, and deeply reliable. This role demands strong mobile-native thinking: understanding platform conventions, designing for small-screen constraints, and crafting mobile-first interaction patterns that scale across devices and environments.
